This 16-unit studio multi-family housing apartment complex is designed to house the bustling culture of young adults in the city context of West Los Angeles. An affordable and basic form of living for adults entering the party-life of the Santa Monica Boulevard scene, this simplistic and minimalist structure comes with a courtyard, underground parking, studio spaces, outdoor decks, and a backyard swimming pool. The facade is composed of wooden sunblinds that ribbon the exterior walls of the complex to regulate indoor lighting and temperature.
